Toby's latest re-check of his leg showed that it is healing, but he figured out how to get to it even with the high collar - but he's licking, not biting - seems OK.
The biopsy came back positive - it appears to be malignant. So in 2 weeks after it's had time to heal more, they will remove the growth and then we'll cross our fingers.
We took the high collar off - if we catch him biting at it or see evidence that he has, we'll get an e-collar that WILL prevent it, but since it makes him absolutely miserable and a bit growly, we want to make that a last option.
When I took the high collar off he was SO happy! Bouncing around and playing like a puppy!
