0-day exploit for Internet Explorer in the wild : A fully patched XP box is vulnerable as of right now, yesterday's patches do not fix this.
It only works on IE7, running on XP or 2000, but there are lots of vulnerable people out there.
Just browsing an affected website will infect your system.
At this point, there is no reason to be using MS Internet Explorer anymore, everyone should be using FireFox anyway. :)
