Well, papers signed, so here is a floorplan for my new place! I'm first floor, with a patio door that leads right out into a small yard, so very convenient for dog-walking at all hours!

The place is great, in a nice neighborhood, and within 1 block of the library! I'll finally have room to add bookcases so that I can bring all of my book collection home from Roanoke in a month or so.

Still have lots to do before I take possession on the 10th - power & gas need to be turned on, I will need a new TV by August, and cable turned on by then as well. The fun bit is that I have a month to move stuff bit by bit before Moving Day for the furniture and such.
