Another article on the SSC vs LinuxGazette issue. Apparently SSC has issued a formal claim to the trademark and a cease-and-desist order to the linuxgazette.net folks. Damn shame - I was hoping SSC would doo the right thing. It's not like the linuzgazette is a money-maker for them - seems kinda silly to make all this trouble over a volunteer-run free magazine.
