Good advice, IMHO. :)

The comment at 9:30 is particularly important:
"Anything you say can and will be used AGAINST you."

Note the wording. Laws of Evidence prohibit hearsay from being heard or used in your defence. And anything you say to the police is hearsay, which can and usually will be used against you, but never for you.
